Juliet Feeling Freedom is simply about reaching inside and finding the real you. The real you that longs to be free from any inner critic or nagging worries. That part of you that knows there is something more, something better.

The truth of who we really are goes beyond any label Society might give us – whether it's a nationality, role, job or title in life. In the deepest part of ourselves we are so much more – it goes beyond words. The Journey allows us to connect with the essential part of ourselves, what some people might call God, Source, Grace, or Truth – that inner spark which is spiritual, non-corporeal, eternal and infinitely more profound than our worldly physical selves. I believe that when we connect with this inner, deeper part of us our lives can be vastly richer in every way.

The Journey™ is a guided process based on the technique Brandon Bays developed and documented in her book "The Journey". It is an exceptionally powerful healing tool for clearing and resolving your emotional and physical issues. It has been used successfully in schools, hospitals, and by individuals across the world.

How a Process Works

Each Journey process is designed to release anything that is not serving you in the highest possible manner.

Through a guided introspection, you allow yourself to let go of unwanted emotions or thoughts and clear the suppressed energy that surrounds them.

What you are releasing is cellular memory - not what your brain remembers, but what the body has stored as a result of an experience. When trauma is suppressed into cellular memory, our energy becomes stuck or stagnant. This prevents us from living our life fully and freely and can contribute to physical illness. Trauma can be emotional, physical and/or mental. Trauma can be the result of an accident, surgery, abuse, shock, stress or guilt, or in fact just about anything unpleasant we have experienced.

Using The Journey to clear the cellular memory is so simple and yet so deeply freeing and lasting - it is truly transformational.
